A New Tool to Support Mental Wellness at Duke

A new mental wellness app called Shmoody, available at no cost to all Duke students, faculty, and staff was launched January 12. If you aim to establish healthy habits in the new year or want to try a fun and supportive wellness tool, download Shmoody from the App Store or Google Play. After installation, sign in to Shmoody’s portal to access Duke-specific resources.
