The Medical Center Library & Archives recognizes and honors everyone involved in clinical trials research — especially the research participants who make it all possible.
In celebration, we also want to share some exciting news: Elsevier has recently added approximately 500,000 ClinicalTrials.gov records to Embase, its comprehensive biomedical and pharmaceutical database. This means that when you search Embase, you'll now see results that include data from ClinicalTrials.gov.
How to Work with ClinicalTrials.gov Data in Embase:
- To find clinical trials in your results, run your search and then use the Result Filters on the left side of the screen to select "Clinical Trial" under Publication Types., and then click Apply.
- To exclude clinical trials from your results: Add the following to your search query:
NOT 'clinical trial':dtype
