Reservation Policy
- The classroom may be reserved Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- When not reserved for a class, the room is open for general use during the same hours. Availability may change without notice.
- Please take personal belongings with you when leaving the room. Lost items may be checked at the Service Desk on Level 2R.
- If you need storage, you may also request a locker.
Booking Window
From August 1 through mid-September, reservations may be made no more than two weeks in advance. During the rest of the year, events may be scheduled up to six months ahead, though reservations are guaranteed only within the three months prior to the event.
