After searching, you can limit results to eBooks by selecting the Available Online filter above the search results.
Print books from any Duke Library can be requested and delivered to the Medical Center Library for pickup from the Service Desk (make sure you check the service desk hours. Simply place a hold in the online catalog for the items you'd like. You may also browse the Book Stacks on Level 1 during library hours.
While visiting the stacks, be sure to explore the Engel Collection, one of the Library's most popular collections. Established in memory of Dr. Frank Engel, the collection reflects his belief that students should read beyond their formal medical studies. The area also includes the Library's Graphic Medicine Collection, which uses comics and graphic narratives to explore healthcare, illness, and the patient experience.
