Study rooms and cubicles are available for reservation by Duke-affiliated faculty, staff, and students for individual or group study.
Locations
- Level 1: Study Rooms 102A and 102B
- Level 2R: Individual study cubicles
- Level 3: Cubicles and Study Rooms 315, 316, 319, 320, and 321

Reservation Policy
- Study rooms may be reserved for up to 6 hours per individual or group.
- Reservations may be made up to 1 week in advance, including the day of the reservation.
- Availability is based on booking, with priority given to those with reservations.
- Cubicles do not have a time limit, but after a 15-minute grace period for arrival, the space becomes available to others.
- Please take personal belongings with you when leaving the room.
- Lost items may be checked at the Library’s Service Desk on Level 2R.
- If you need storage, consider requesting a locker.
