It has been proven to increase immunity, improve overall health, and subsequently improve quality of life. So, if you’re feeling stressed out, have undergone major life stressors, are feeling down and are looking for a way to express yourself, come join the Expressive Writing Fall Series! This is a 6-week long series and its purpose is to allow you to open up your heart, be vulnerable and write freely without the constraints of grammar and structure. Research has shown that expressive writing is known to decrease depression, stress, rumination and increase resilience. No writing experience is necessary for this series! Come join renowned Expressive Writing coach, John Evans, on this journey of self-discovery.
