The Americal Medical Student Research Journal (AMSRJ) is a peer-reviewed journal edited, authored, and reviewed by medical students under the guidance of faculty mentors. Authors in the journal have included medical students from Brown University, Creighton University, Johns Hopkins University, Louisiana State University Health-New Orleans, Louisiana State University Health-Shreveport, North Bengal Medical College (India), Pennsylvania State University, Texas A&M University, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Tufts University, Tulane University, University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, University of California-Irvine, University of California-Los Angeles, University of California-Riverside, University of California-San Diego, University of Colorado, University of Otago (New Zealand), University of South Florida, University of Tasmania (Australia), University of Toledo, University of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University, Wayne State University, and Yale University.
